• Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, we will contact you to confirm the delivery details. Please ensure that the contact information provided is accurate.
• Payment on Delivery: You will make the payment in cash to the delivery person at the time of receiving your order.

Terms & Conditions:

• Eligibility: Cash on Delivery is available for orders within United Kingdom. We currently do not offer COD for international deliveries.
• Payment Amount: The full amount of your order, including any shipping fees, must be paid at the time of delivery. No partial payments are allowed.
• Exact Cash: Please ensure you have the exact amount ready, as the delivery agent may not have change.
• Verification: The delivery agent reserves the right to ask for identification to verify the recipient before accepting payment.
• Failed Delivery: If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or refusal to accept the order, we reserve the right to cancel the order or charge a re-delivery fee.

Important Notes:

• No Refunds in Cash: For any order cancellations or returns, refunds will not be provided in cash. Refunds will be processed through an alternate method, such as store credit or a bank transfer, based on our return policy.
• Limitations: We reserve the right to decline COD for large or bulk orders and may request an alternate payment method.
